2. Eligibility to Purchase
You must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent/guardian to place an order. By ordering, you confirm that all details you provide are true, accurate and complete.
3. Products and Pricing
• All product descriptions, images, prices and availability are subject to change without notice.
• We make every effort to display product colours accurately; however, variations may occur due to device displays and lighting.
• Prices are shown in AED unless otherwise stated and include VAT where applicable under UAE law.
4. Orders and Payment
• Full payment is required at the time of order.
• We accept payment methods as displayed at checkout.
• Your order is confirmed only when we send you a written confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order in case of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or unavailability.
• By placing an international order, you confirm you are the Importer of Record and responsible for all applicable import duties, taxes and customs clearance charges in your country.
5. Shipping & Delivery
• Delivery times stated on our Website are estimates only and may be affected by customs clearance, carrier delays, weather or other factors beyond our control.
• Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery at the address provided.
• If a shipment is refused or returned due to unpaid duties, incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we will refund the item price minus (i) outbound and return shipping charges, and (ii) any non-recoverable duties/taxes/fees. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
6. Exchange & Refunds
• We do not offer refunds for goods of satisfactory quality.
• Exchanges are accepted within the timeframes and conditions stated in our Exchange & Refund Policy.
• Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under UAE consumer protection laws in relation to defective goods.
7. Defective Items
If you believe an item is defective, please notify us as soon as reasonably possible after delivery with supporting photos/videos. This does not affect your statutory rights.

The courts of Dubai (onshore) shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence.
