1. Exchange Conditions
Items are eligible for exchange within 14 days from the date of purchase (in-store) or 14 days from the date of delivery (for online orders).
Products must be returned in original condition, unused, unaltered, without any odour or signs of wear, and accompanied by the original sales receipt and all original tags and packaging.
Any defects related to online purchases should be reported as soon as they are noticed, and no later than 48 hours from the time of delivery, to ensure a smooth exchange process. Defects reported beyond this period will be subject to review to determine eligibility for exchange in accordance with UAE consumer protection regulations.
The customer is responsible for organizing and covering all return shipping costs, including international destinations. In the event that an online order is delivered with a defect and the issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery, the shipping costs for the exchange will be covered by Jaswely.
Underwear and swimwear are non-exchangeable due to hygiene and safety regulations.
Promotional or discounted items are exchangeable within 6 days of in-store purchase or delivery (for online orders).
In the event that no suitable items are available in our assortment at the time of return, the value of the returned items may be retained as a store credit for up to 6 months for future purchases. The unsuitable items must be returned within 14 days from the date of purchase for in‑store transactions, or within 14 days from the date of delivery for online orders.
2. Important Notes
Products returned for exchange must include all accompanying items such as dust bags, manuals, and branded packaging where applicable.
Items that are incomplete, used, washed, worn, damaged, or returned without tags will not be accepted for exchange and may be returned to the sender at their cost.
Exchanges are subject to availability. If the requested item is unavailable, a store deposit or a product of equal value may be offered.
3. Suspected Item Tampering or Fraudulent Return
If there is reasonable suspicion that an item has been tampered with, worn, or replaced with a different item during a return or exchange process, our company reserves the right to reject the return and report the incident to the relevant authorities, including the Dubai Police, for further investigation.
We take product integrity and customer fairness seriously and will pursue all necessary legal actions in cases of suspected fraud.
4. International & Legal Compliance
All orders placed through this website are processed and fulfilled by a company legally registered in the United Arab Emirates. Accordingly, all transactions, including payment, shipping, returns, and exchanges, are governed exclusively by the laws of the UAE.
Jaswely fully adheres to the Consumer Protection Law of the United Arab Emirates (Federal Law No. 15 of 2020) and all related implementing regulations. While we strive to provide an exceptional shopping experience to all customers worldwide, we do not operate under, nor are we bound by, the consumer protection regulations of the European Union or any other foreign jurisdictions.
By placing an order from outside the UAE, the customer explicitly agrees to waive any local consumer rights in favour of UAE law. Any disputes, claims, or legal matters related to purchases from Jaswely shall be resolved solely under the laws and jurisdiction of the United Arab Emirates.
