At Jaswely, we are committed to delivering your order with care and efficiency. Please read the following terms carefully before placing your order.

Payment

All orders are dispatched only after full payment is received via our website, www.jaswely.com.

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery details at the time of purchase. Jaswely is not liable for any delays or loss resulting from incorrect shipping information. Any additional charges incurred due to such errors will be the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping Options
UAE:

Dubai Express Delivery (1 Business Day): AED 50

Other Emirates: 1–2 Business Days via DHL

Worldwide:

International orders are shipped via DHL within 2–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Estimated delivery time: 4–10 business days, depending on the destination.

Please note: Shipping timelines are estimates only. Orders are processed on weekdays (Monday–Friday), excluding public holidays. Orders placed after the cut-off time on Friday or during weekends will begin processing the following Monday.

Delivery Terms & Conditions

Delivery delays may occur during peak periods or due to courier disruptions. While we strive to ensure timely dispatch, Jaswely is not responsible for delays caused by external courier services.

Please note that due to DHL’s service restrictions, delivery is currently not available to the following countries and territories:
Afghanistan, Belarus, Iran, North Korea, Palestine, Russia, Turkey, Ukraine, Sudan, Yemen, South Sudan, and the Central African Republic.

Import Duties & Taxes

Prices on our website do not include import taxes, duties, or customs fees. These fees are determined by the destination country’s government and must be paid by the recipient.

Additional charges may apply if your order exceeds the local tax-free threshold. Jaswely is not liable for any import-related costs or delays.

Unclaimed or Refused Shipments
If a parcel is unclaimed or refused by the recipient, DHL may attempt re-delivery.

If re-delivery is unsuccessful by DHL’s deadline, the parcel may be destroyed or abandoned by local authorities.

No refunds will be issued for unclaimed or refused parcels. If the parcel is successfully returned to us, any associated return fees will be deducted from the customer’s refund.

Order Cancellation

Jaswely reserves the right to cancel any order if we are unable to supply the requested items. Customers will be notified immediately in such cases. We are not liable for any loss, inconvenience, or expense caused by order cancellations.
