2. Eligibility to Purchase<\/p>\n

You must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent\/guardian to place an order. By ordering, you confirm that all details you provide are true, accurate and complete.<\/p>\n

5. Shipping & Delivery<\/p>\n

\u2022 Delivery times stated on our Website are estimates only and may be affected by customs clearance, carrier delays, weather or other factors beyond our control.
\n\u2022 Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery at the address provided.
\n\u2022 If a shipment is refused or returned due to unpaid duties, incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we will refund the item price minus (i) outbound and return shipping charges, and (ii) any non-recoverable duties\/taxes\/fees. Shipping fees are non-refundable.<\/p>\n

6. Exchange & Refunds<\/p>\n
